Outside Artist - Inside 2
Walter Clark is a Resident Artist at Northeastern University in Boston MA.
He works in water color, pencils, pen, clay. wood and steel. Most recently he has begun to focus on metal.
All of Walter's metal work is one of a kind made from scrap metal.
The Gallery shows an array of metal sculpture.
The
array of work Walter presents is often driven by the materials at hand and
inspiration derived from common experiences and suggestions. He recently began adapting coat racks to
include hangers at the suggestion of a client.
Walter’s
early work was heavily Afro-centric and certain pieces still reflect his deep
appreciation for his heritage.
